Have you ever had fear and self-doubt stop you in your tracks and prevent you from applying for that job, publishing that blog post, or asking for that raise? Fear has a way of doing that, completely stopping you in your tracks, and holding you back. But, for a moment, I want you to think about who you would be if you never felt fear? What would you do If you never felt fear? What would your daily life look like if you never felt fear? I’m pretty sure you would create a life for yourself like no other because you wouldn’t have fear standing in your way.
But I have a question for you, why can’t you have that life now? Why can’t you create that life now, or be that person now? When you allow fear to hold you back, it prevents you from making some moves, but when you allow yourself to feel the fear but do it anyway, really amazing things start to happen. Your mind-set changes, your outlook changes, and your life changes.
So how can you move past fear, and be the person you want to be if you never felt fear? Here are a few questions you can ask yourself that will help you address your fear, move past your limiting beliefs, and become a person that acknowledges their fear but never lets it stop them.

What do I fear the most when it comes to asking for that raise, applying for that job or hitting publish on that blog post?
What is one thing I can do every day that will help me move past my fear when I feel it?
Write down 5 fear fighting mantra’s that you can repeat to yourself when you think fear is holding you back?
When you take the time to acknowledge, understand, and move past the fear that is holding you back, amazing things happen. You evolve as a person, you learn more about yourself, your standards rise, and your confidence skyrockets. Knowing the fear that is holding you back and how you can move past it, is vitally important to your overall success. You know your strengths and weaknesses, what scares you, and what excites you, and it’s important to build on your strengths while working on your weaknesses.
Don’t allow fear to hold you back. Acknowledge it, understand it, and move past it. You have great things to accomplish, and you cannot allow a feeling to hold you back. Are you going to fuel your success, or are you going to allow fear to sabotage it? It’s up to you, babe.
